For customers residing in the US and UK, packages are sent via Royal Mail, USPS, DHL and FedEx.
For customers residing in Jamaica, packages are shipped via Knutsford Express and Zipmail. This cost is not inlcuded at check out therefore will need to pay extra for this service. Please note all orders must be picked up from Knutsford Express locations within 2 days after receiving tracking number. If not collected, customers are responsible for additional cost incurred.

For customers residing in the US and other International countries, next day shipping is not available.
Express Shipping - 3- 8 Business days.
Standard Shipping - 5-10 Business days for US, UK & other International customers
Standard shipping requires 21 business days.

No Refunds! Exchange or Store Credit ONLY! No Exceptions!
We hope that you are happy with your purchases from Top JA Brandz,and we understand that ordering online is not easy.
However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase due to a fault by us or you received a damaged item, you can simply send your item/items back to us.
To initiate a return/exchange please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of our website. The following criteria must be met for the item you are requesting to receive credit for:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. (It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damaged clothing upon opening the package once it’s delivered)
- Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team,
- A detailed description of the damaged item and,
- Your Order Number.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
(No Returns on sale)

A Return Confirmation Number (RMA) is required to return your merchandise by mail. (Any items shipped without a confirmation or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be credited)
The returning merchandise should be received within 7 days from the time the RMA is issued. Items received after 7 days will NOT be credited.
(If a package is delayed during delivery it is your responsibility to immediately contact us about your situation so we may assist you)
Items must be sent back to Top JA Brandz collection outlet or the return address given within 2 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit.
Absolutely no refunds will be given.
**All Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Top JA Brandz and product tags attached.
We Cannot Accept Returns/ Exchanges For…
For hygiene reasons, there are certain products that we cannot accept returns for, including:
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items -
Must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via Royal mail and Knutsford Express, and to our collection outlet in person or mailed to the collection outlet location at:
Because we can't ensure our #TJABdolls will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to our collection outlet, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail.
We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item.
If you live near our collection outlet, we would be more than happy to process an exchange at the outlet. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same styles or desired size/colour in-stock during your visit. If we are unable to make an exchange at our outlet, we will process the item as a return and issue you a store credit for use on a future purchase in store.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 3-5 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible.
Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING RECEIPT. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customers security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.
**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.

All items found in the Sale category, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable.
NO REFUNDS ON ALL ITEMS! All returns are refunded via exchange or store credit (including payments made through Paypal).
